Cheap flights between the Canary Islands in Spain

Canaryfly is a low-cost regional airline company operating flights between the Canary Islands and, even though it started its activity less than a decade ago, we may say that today it is a well-established, trustworthy and convenient provider of travel services in the region.

If you are planning your holidays in the Canaries, why not make the most of your travelling time and visit more than one island? You can book seats either online or once there at their airport offices. When you search for your flight online, you are granted access to discounts and promotions and get the chance to fly between islands for really low fares with or without checked baggage.

Most flights are direct ones and can last from 30 to 45 minutes, however, when covering longer routes such as those starting in an island from the western province and its final destination being one of the eastern islands, the system will offer a combination of flights with a short layover halfway.

Canaryfly airlines flight routes between the Canary Islands

-From Gran Canaria, you can fly to Tenerife (Los Rodeos/Tenerife-North airport), Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and La Palma. UPDATE: Since October 2018, travellers can also fly from Gran Canaria to El Hierro with CanaryFly.

-Canaryfly also connects Tenerife-North airport with Gran Canaria, La Palma, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

-From La Palma, you can travel with them to Tenerife-North, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

-The routes covered from Lanzarote reach destinations like Gran Canaria, Tenerife and La Palma.

-And finally, Canaryfly also operates flights departing from Fuerteventura towards La Palma, Tenerife and Gran Canaria.

Notice that distances between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura are so short that travellers normally use ferry boats to take that trip, as is the case with those wanting to visit the minor islands of La Gomera and El Hierro, which can be easily accessed by sea from La Palma or Tenerife.

Our experience flying with Canaryfly

One of the main highlights of this regional budget airline is its punctuality when it comes to boarding as well as arriving on time at the final destination. I have been their passenger more than six times so far and, in my view, their handling of the whole process is just remarkable.

The in-flight experience is a relaxed, smooth one, with more than acceptable legroom and modest onboard service (which is understandable considering the average length of the journey). They used to serve complimentary coffee, biscuits and sweets, although I only got a glass of water in my last two flights with them. I also believe they make a difference by playing chill-out music during take-off and landing, plus lately they have included radio commercials by their sponsors, which enables the company to keep their fares low.
